Director
Jessica commenced her Financial Planning career with a boutique Financial Planning firm in Melbourne, working with clients and creating financial planning solutions. As part of this role, she worked closely on the development of Xplan within the business.

For seven years, Jessica worked as the Xplan Team Leader at a large institution managing the Xplan offer and supporting over 200 small financial planning business. From training to ongoing support and building solutions for long term efficiencies.

Business Development, Integration, and Support Specialist
Ashleigh has extensive experience in Practice Management, Paraplanning, Compliance, and Risk advice. Ashleigh has been working with our advisers to provide solutions for their business via assistance to staff and ensuring data integrity.
Ashleigh loves ensuring that overall client, operations & marketing processes lead best practice targets for the businesses we work with through the development and implementation of appropriate procedures & protocols, and most of all through efficient integration with their XPLAN sites.

Jo comes to us with 18 years’ experience in the Financial Services and Fintech industries, in both Australia and the UK. She has a proven track record in Practice Management and has built and managed multiple Xplan sites.
With a keen understanding of industry trends and a passion for efficiency, Jo is ready to collaborate with you and help your business thrive.

Warren Bartram
XPLAN Development and Coding Specialist
Warren has joined Practice Dynamix after working for an AFSL in their Operations team. He has experience in XPLAN coding, Site Development, and Paraplanning.
Warren is passionate about providing working solutions for advisers in the Advice Process space. He loves to see the full range of XPLAN functionality being utilised to provide efficiencies and automation.
