Our Ongoing XPLAN Support service is fairly simple to explain. We provide on-call technical services delivered by XPLAN experts who use the software day-in, day-out in both a technical AND a financial planning advice capacity. One of the pre-requisites for joining our team is actual, real-life financial planning experience, so that we can truly understand your pain points and what you're trying to deliver to clients. We will always try and rectify your issue, first go.

This is our bread and butter. We love nothing more than creating a new XPLAN client site from scratch. You tell us all about your business, how you deliver advice and your goals for advice delivery and we will give you the ultimate solution.

 

You can have access to advice & FDS wizards, documents, templates, workflow process and training as part of our site build.

 

We will take the usual headaches out of this process and liaise with XPLAN on your behalf, using the skills of our team who specialise in this.
